Here are some questions that we are frequently asked.
How are your orders delivered?
All orders are shipped via RoyalMail and generally take 2-3 days to arrive.
We ship out orders on the same working day if received before 3pm. We also dispatch orders on weekends where possible.
How much do you charge for delivery?
We currently charge a flat rate of £1.95 for all orders under £25.00. Orders over this are sent out for free.
What do you pack orders in when you ship them?
All smaller orders are packed and sent out in carbon neutral mailing bags that are made from sugarcane. They look and feel like plastic but, they are in fact the most eco-friendly material on the market. This is due to consuming more CO2 during the growing process than is created to manufacture and recycle them. We love these!
Sugarcane is so efficient at absorbing CO2 that each one of our bags are so carbon neutral that it would most likely ofset the majority of the carbon dioxide produced by Royal Mail to deliver your order, if not all. This of course is on top of their own CO2 ofsetting processes.
Just pop them in with your recyclable waste. They would eventally degrade harmlessly, but please recycle them as it is a more efficient disposal method for this material.
For larger, heavier orders we send them out using recycled boxes. We also use padding made from cornstarch where required and all packing tape made from recycled paper and eco-friendly adhesive.
All our labeling is biodegradable and all inks are eco-friendly too, even our marker pens.
Can I customise a product subscription?
Yes, of course! Please just let us know what products you are interested in, how many of them you would like and how often you would like them. We will then set up a bespoke subscription plan for you within your account and send a link to setup a secure Direct Debit.
