How we handle the shipping of your orders.

General Information

All orders for physical goods are shipped via Royal Mail or other courier services.

Where a signature may be required, someone over the age of 18 is required upon delivery. Royal Mail signed for deliveries will be taken to your local sorting office when delivery has been unsuccessful where you can collect your order at a time that suits you. You will have a limited time to collect any orders taken to a Royal Mail sorting office and the details of this will be provided on the card that Royal Mail leave at your address. Courier services will attempt to re-deliver parcels up to 3 times before they are returned to us. Our couriers will always leave a card at your address to let you know that they have attempted to deliver your order. You will be able to re-schedule a suitable time for them to try and deliver your order, but they will automatically attempt to deliver again the next working day if you choose not to re-schedule. Some couriers we use may also be able to leave your order at a Royal Mail sorting office. They will provide details on the card they leave at your address if they have done this.

Any orders that are not successfully delivered and subsequently returned to us will incur a delivery charge to ship it back out to you. We will contact you if an order is returned to us to confirm you want to reschedule your delivery. If we have not heard from you within 7 days of receiving your order back we will automatically cancel your order and refund you less the original shipping charge that we incurred.

Delivery Costs

Currently for all orders under £25.00 we charge a flat fee of £3.99 for delivery.

We do not charge a delivery fee for online Gift Cards as they are delivered electronically.

Larger Orders

Please note that for larger orders, taking into account weight and value, we may pack and send orders in multiple packages. If we split your order, the delivery cost is unaffected. We will notify you if we have sent your order in multiple packages but you should receive these at the same time. Sometimes split orders can be delivered separately, please allow a little extra time in this instance.

United Kingdom

Our website is setup for delivery of orders to customers located within mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Highlands of Scotland, The Shetlands, Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly.

Rest of World

For orders to the Channel Islands, British Forces PO addresses, the Republic of Ireland or any other country we will need to make enquiries whether we can ship to your specified address. We will provide a coupon to use at checkout or send you an invoice separately that can be paid online in the event we can satisfy an order to such an address. Please contact us to enquire. Alternatively, if you have already registered an account, at checkout you will be able to send us a notification with your shopping cart details and we will be able to respond to you to let you know if we can satisfy your request.
